My Random Thought
There's an unspoken strength in being unapologetically yourself. Boldness and courage are essential when it comes to embracing your identity, even if it means standing alone. Have you ever noticed the power that comes from boldly declaring who you are?
Let me share a little story. I have a female friend who has an unusual love for a certain type of food—a love so strong that we often tease her about it. Given her age and size, one might expect her preferences to have matured beyond this particular dish. But she doesn’t hide it. In fact, she wears it proudly, despite the jest we make of her.
Over time, something strange happened. We, who once mocked her, began to accept this quirky part of her identity. It became so natural that when the food was made, we automatically gave her the largest portion without hesitation or apology.
The lesson? Fortune favours the bold. When you declare your identity, you may face criticism, backbiting, and judgment—even from those close to you. But if you remain strong and unwavering, over time, acceptance follows. You may not receive public praise or celebration, but you will mark your territory, and people will recognize your authenticity.
💡 It’s the Lion Heart for a Lion Share. When you stay bold in your convictions and identity, even if you’re not celebrated, you’ll get your due. The key is to endure with confidence and not be swayed by the opinions of others.
