3yrs plan. The most ignored, yet 3yrs from now many would still be pursuing this year goals.

Hmm, your next three years are just at the front door knocking. While many do skip this planning, I would tell you it’s not necessary to put much effort into it, but be clear about it and have it written down.
With a progressive 3-year plan, you would know where you want to be and what you are not doing right. So gear up and discover, because a 3yr plan in view can shatter all the glitter and gold in your 1yr plan. You realize time is expensive, and you have to work towards owning it.
How do I get my next 3yrs kicking?
As I said the plans are not the key things, the 1-year plan would set in and every other year toward the next 3 years would be a constraint to it. But, you must have written down with clarity where you want to be and don’t take it for granted. Here are 2 prompts that will unveil your search before you:

What are those things you would like to do, even if you knew you would fail at it?
